podcasts
watch
this space! soon, i will be recording and posting weekly podcasts that will
be available right here, as well as through other outlets. occasionally,
i will want to emphasize my topic of the week by coaching someone who has
a problem around that topic. please check back often to see if my topics
and your problem are in sync and contact me about
it. perhaps you will be chosen to have a FREE coaching session. although
it will be broadcast, your identity will remain anonymous. upcoming
topics: optimism, procrastination, taking the first step
useful
forms and assessments
these PDFs will hopefully give you some insight into yourself
and what you might want to work on. additionally, some of them will provide
a little inspiration and strengthen those things that you already know.
enjoy!

reading
these
are some books that i think are worthwile reading. though i may not agree
with or endorse everything these authors say, i think that their points
are very useful and positive and i am an outspoken advocate for evolution
through ideas, i.e. each new idea we encounter teaches us something about
ourselves, even if we don't subscribe to that idea.
